PAYMENT AND RETURNS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders, and pre-authorized personal checks. RETURNS We will not accept any products over 30 days old from invoice date for return. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.  You must include a copy of the invoice and a note containing your name, address, phone number and a brief explanation for your return. Returns without this information may be delayed. All returned items must be in new condition. Any installed or used item will not be accepted. Only new, uninstalled parts can be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPMENTS

A $25.00 charge for processing will be assessed for any order returned due to improper shipping address supplied by customer.  DOMESTIC SHIPPING We normally ship orders out the following business day using USPS. These shipments typically take  2-3 days to the west coast and 3-5 days for the east coast and Midwest.  International Shipments are normally shipped UPS and duties fees will need to be paid by the Consumer.
